Luxury Farm Stay

All six double bedrooms at Launceston Farm are stylish and comfortable. They all have ensuite showers and three of our rooms – Orchard, Scraggs and Penfold – have a roll top bath.

Other bedroom highlights include captivating interior design, locally made, organic toiletries, Fair Trade tea, coffee and homemade short breads, views over the surrounding organic farm and walled gardens, WIFI internet access and flat screen TV/DVD.

Room Rates

Rates are per room, per night, based on two people sharing, and include full-farm cooked breakfast.

The slightly higher rate reflects the larger size of the room and extra luxuries such as a roll top bath or a super king-size bed.

There is a minimum two-night stay at weekends from April until the end of September.

Singles and Twins

Two of our rooms – Meadow and Orchard – are available as twins. Single rates are £65 – Sunday to Thursday – and the same as the double room rate on Fridays and Saturdays.

Farm-reared breakfasts

A delicious cooked breakfast, prepared by our resident Cordon Bleu chef, is served in The Old Cart Shed between 7:00am and 9:30am. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know before you arrive.

Pets and children

As much as we love children, we have worked hard to create a peaceful, luxury retreat for adults – frazzled parents included. Therefore, regrettably, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12. All our rooms are suitable for two people only.

Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement in the farm out buildings. We do not allow pets in the bedrooms at the B&B but our self-catering cottage is pet friendly. We also have stabling for horses.

Exclusive use

Groups of friends love Launceston Farm because they can treat it as their own home but still be completely catered for if they wish. If you would like to hire the entire house for your own private party please contact us.

Making a booking

We ask for a deposit of the cost of one night’s stay to confirm your booking. This is payable by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Please note that there will be an additional charge of 2% if paying by credit card.
