Dorset\'s most charming farm
"As if a Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse in countryside near Blandford wasn\'t tempting enough, organic 800 acre Launceston Farm has its finger on the style button too. CHECK IN Choose from six romantic bedrooms in pale Farrow & Ball shades. Each is unique, with perhaps an antique gilt bed or a rolltop bath, but all have Dorset\'s own Enchanted Plants toiletries. GLAM EXTRAS This is a farm that knows how to make a splash! There\'s a swimming pool that\'s open from June to September, plus a suntrap, walled garden. One of the owners is a cordon bleu chef, so breakfast is a treat, and there\'s the bonus of occasional dinners and a well stocked honesty bar too."
The Saturday Times, 30 Coolest B&Bs in Britain, March 2010
"Farmhouse Chic - rooms have rococo beds and rolltop baths. Downstairs there is an honesty bar, open fire and candles for a farm-sourced, rustic dinner."

"Could this be the chicest B&B in the country? This Grade II-listed Georgian farmhouse has been totally transformed by owner Sarah Worrall. A wrought-iron staircase leads up to the six stylish rooms: roll-top baths, polished antique furniture and big windows loking out over rolling hills (they shot the Hovis advert nearby - you get the picture). This is a proper working farm - chickens, pigs, goats and cows roam the 800 acres, many of them ending their days on the elegant dining table. All the guests eat together and Sarah is a trained cordon bleu chef so make sure you don\'t miss Mondays and Fridays when she cooks dinner - a delicious treat."
The Observer, It\'s sheep and chic on the farm, July 2009
"Six smart bedrooms, an acre of walled garden and a sun terrace. There is an outdoor (heated) pool in the summer. Oh, and a resident cordon bleu chef."
The Guardian, Sally Shalam B&B review, February 2009
"We\'re both thinking it, walking along the landing from the stairs...and by the time we reach our room, are in no doubt. This is not your average farmhouse...What we really love are the details. Fairtrade teas and coffees in an antique polished box, a sundae glass stuffed with truffles, organic toiletries...And the best is yet to come. I wish I could bottle this whole experience - just like the country air."
